This is our privacy policy terms and conditions

Appraisers Network of Palm Beach County, Florida has developed this privacy policy between "we, us, our" company website and "you" the visitor and user of our website to better explain how we collect and use information from you and the terms and conditions associated with our website.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not access or use this website.

Our privacy policy statement covers our website but not links or websites that may be linked through us.  Links from our site to other sites may be provided for reference and convenience for visitors to use at their own risk.   We do not control any of these websites, nor are we responsible for their content.  Appraisers Network does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators by providing these links.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by other sites and those other sites have not agreed to our privacy policy.  External Links to this site must be requested in writing. 

Use of this website and services signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions in this policy which may be amended from time to time and posted on our website without prior notice.   The information we have provided is for informational purposes in "as is" or "as available" and deemed accurate however we do not guarantee the information or data will always be available or error-free.  

We may collect information about users during their inquiries, registration, participation in activities on our website, including downloads, submissions, subscriptions, or polls; through the use of cookies.  Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser on your computer or mobile device.   Cookies are used as an industry standard and contain no personally identifying information. They may be used to improve our website content, make our advertisements more useful to users, for customer service,  help us reply to service requests, communicate with you, and to send emails about company news, updates to our blog and articles about industry news.   You may subscribe or unsubscribe from our mailing list via our email address on this site.

We do not share any personally identifying data about our website visitors with anyone except where required by state or federal law.   We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information or email address and exercises reasonable care to protect your non-public personal information.  We do not send unsolicited "junk" email (spam).  If you communicate, subscribe to a list, or request for advertising with us via e-mail you accept communication in return from us via e-mail and placement of your choice of advertising,  business card or website link on our website.  If you do not wish to make your name, website, or email address public please request that it be removed and do not contact us via email or simply print the order form and call us for an invoice or to send communication to our business address.   A user may confirm to Opt-in/ Opt-out  to remove themselves from our mailing list or advertising by following the "unsubscribe" instructions in our marketing or promotional communications.  Unsubscribe requests automatically remove all advertising from our website within a timely manner.  

Appraisers Network shall have the right, but not the obligation, to reject or eliminate any information residing on or transmitted to its sites that it believes is unacceptable or inconsistent with these terms and conditions.  By submitting communications or any requests  for information or services orders it should not be considered  by you or visitors of our site to be an acceptance of service on our part. Service acceptance is established when an agreed service type and fee has been agreed upon between us and the client and payment is made, or scheduled and combined with an email confirmation payment has been received or through an engagement letter.  All of our services are provided in as needed basis in an ethical professional manner and only after an agreed fee arrangement or payment of fees.
Any request by a client or any of their employees or their agents for predetermined values, pencil searches,  unethical  requests for appraisal practice will be declined and reported to the appropriate governing agencies as a violation of USPAP and Appraisers Independence.   For more on this view our FAQ.

Online Ordering
We accept internet orders via email.  Please view our Order Form page.   We accept secure encrypted payments processed through Paypal payments which do not require you to have a Paypal account and are processed using all the major credit cards plus other payment services Paypal accepts.  We accept Paypal online.  We also accept Square.com payments by credit card in person or by square account payments .  Payment of services by credit card must be made in the property owners name with ID verification.  We do not accept third party payments via credit card in person.  

We have two ways to order online. You may use the link below to order from our appraisal directory listing page or download the PDF or Web forms from our order page and email it back to us.   To use the Order Form page link below copy and paste the address into a New Browser TAB.  You will be redirected to our listing page on the appraisal directory where you can securely order and pay through Paypal for services to Appraisers Network.  On this page you can check our license, pay with Paypal  or email us. 

This is a service offered with our listing in the directory which verifies our license and submits orders to us.  
Please indicate what service you order and complete the Form  then Submit.  If you are paying with Paypal you will receive a payment receipt from Paypal.   Please allow 24 hours for us to receive your order and contact you for access and inspection.

Online ordering is completed here for ease and convenience and to keep our prices down.     Please bookmark our website in your favorites.   Open a new browser tab by right click on the tab or hit + next to tab.  You can visit our Fees Page before you order.   Please copy this address below into your web browser address bar and enter.  Once on our Order Form page TAB through each section to complete the form and submit.  You must indicate the Service Desired and the Fee.   That's it.   We receive your order via email.  All services are paid upfront and this is a standard use form from the host, but we do not set up billing.  Please view our Order Form page.

Rush Appraisals service is on a case by case basis and a time frame is based on 'after the point of inspection' is completed. Please email us for a quote. 

For Rush Photo Services with 1-day turn around time it's recommended you order before 1pm EST and pay online with a credit card or call and email with your time frame needs to make sure it can be completed.   If you've paid for a service we cannot complete we will contact you by phone plus email and issue a refund the same day via Paypal. *We reserve the right to charge a trip fee or research fee of $50.- for cancelled appointments or cancellation of assignments after research or travel has been made.

About Paypal or Square Payments
We do not collect or keep credit card information.   Payment information remains with the payment processing company alone and is not transmitted to us.  Any information provided by the payment processing company about the transaction payment is used for that purpose and for no other use unless required by law.  What we receive is your name, address, email or telephone number, type and dollar amount of the payment you made.  We do require a phone number to make a payment. No cash or personal checks are accepted through our website orders unless agreed upon in advance.  All Services are scheduled after payment is made. 

Scope of work is defined at the time of the assignment. Each assignment is for a specific client or user and for a specific use.  Appraisals and services provided are time and date sensitive.  The appraisal, appraisal consulting, photo service, inspection and property measurement services will require all assignment conditions to be identified by the client upfront. This includes but not limited to;  Client name and purpose of appraisal/service, information about property, access to property during business hours, service type,  forms needed, time/date specific requirements for comparable sales,  and amount of photographs required and preferred delivery method by electronic secured PDF or hard copy by postal mail.   * Any request after the service is completed asking for additional forms, photographs, or comparable sales will result in additional fees.  

Service Requirements
The client or their agents are responsible to request a proper service, indicate the necessary forms needed and provide accurate property information by order submission, phone confirmation, or email.   Our office will verify property information and provide services based on what is submitted.   Discrepancies found in property address or owner name will be communicated to the client on all Appraisal Services assignments and MAY CAUSE A DELAY IN A RUSH SERVICE.  Clarification of discrepancy of property address or owner name for all services are solely the responsibility of the client prior to service being completed.  No refunds are given for wrong property information provided by the client or their agents for any assignment after service is complete.  No refunds are given for value disagreements. 
If a property has an accessory dwelling or a second unit and we have no permission for access we will not be able to trespass to obtain photos of that unit.  

Cancellation of services are allowed in writing and must be received by us the same business day an order is submitted up to 5pm. EST.   Evening orders should be confirmed cancelled by 10 am EST the next business day otherwise we may have completed work on the file.  *We reserve the right to charge a trip fee or research fee of $50.- for cancelled appointments where the access person is a "No-show" or cancellation of assignments after research or travel has been made.  We will reschedule appointments for access with 24 hour notice prior to the appointment but we will not wait more than 30 minutes for someone to arrive to give access due to our schedule. 

Purchase Sale Contracts including all pages must be provided to the appraiser on all property purchases we are engaged for appraisal services. Contracts are required prior to the service without exception.  The appraiser must have access to house plans and a certified copy of a land survey for an appraisal of a new construction dwelling or addition to a home which 'is or is not' yet built.  A survey is helpful for land appraisals but not required. 

Appraisal results and status will be communicated in one agreed upon method between the client and the appraiser but not limited to electronic communication. 
This may be done via internet/email, by phone, hard copy, or in person. 

Appraisal and Valuation Services are provided by a licensed real estate appraiser.  Real estate consulting services are provided by licensed real estate appraiser and or our agents depending on the level of service requested and what is legally required. 

Service required on REO, foreclosures,  or pre-foreclosures where there is no property access granted by any party, our service is limited to exterior drive-by inspections from public land.   We provide the best photography or inspection services from off site about what is readily visible from the street.  If at any time our inspectors are threatened or feel threatened by any means whatsoever we will obtain as much information or photos as possible.  The most we can provide is a front and street photo for these types of properties.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, or enforcability of the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby.  NO ACTION, REGARDLESS OF FORM, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, OR THE INTERNET GENERALLY MAY BE BROUGHT BY A USER/VISITOR MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE USER/VISITOR KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE OCCURRENCE OF THE EVENT(S) WHICH IS THE CAUSE OF ACTION.
